These terms govern your use of InnSync ("the app"), a guest house management application provided by Renaldo Goosen ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
InnSync provides tools for managing guest house operations — rooms, bookings, guests, staff, tasks and reporting — on your own device, with optional synchronisation to Google Sheets in your own Google account.
Your data is stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own Google Sheet. We do not host, access or back up your data. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
If you connect Sheets sync, you grant the app permission to access your Google Sheets and app-created Google Drive files. You may revoke this access at any time in your Google account settings. Revoking access will stop synchronisation.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and only for businesses you own or are authorised to manage. You may not attempt to disrupt the app or use it to violate any law or third-party right.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synchronisation with Google Sheets will always succeed. You rely on the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted on this page constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
