InnSync ("the app") is a guest house management application developed by Renaldo Goosen ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
The app stores your business data — rooms, bookings, guest details, staff records, tasks and settings — locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable Google Sheets sync.
If you choose to connect Google Sheets sync, the app requests permission to sign you in with your Google account and to access:
This data is written directly between your device and Google's servers. It is not sent to us, and we never see your business data.
We do not collect, store, process or sell any personal or business data on our own servers. We have no access to your InnSync data, your Google account, or your synced spreadsheets.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. The only third party involved is Google, when you use Sheets sync, and that data flows directly between you and Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
Because your data lives on your device and in your own Google Sheet, you can delete it at any time: uninstall the app to remove device data, and delete the connected spreadsheet from your Google Drive to remove synced data. You can also revoke the app's access in your Google account permissions page.
InnSync is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will update this page with a new "last updated" date.
